Recreational Trampolining Courses
Welcome to the Trampolining Courses page, links to book courses are under each Step, dependent on the course we have up to three options,
Option 1:- Complete Virtual Course online
Option 2:- Book onto an open course which are run throughout the UK
Option 3:- Book in-house course where out tutors come to your venue and the course is run for you, if you have spare spaces we can also advertise these via our website.
Step 1:
(Step 1 Covers Winstrada grades 1 to 3, Suitable for special needs / pre-school)
Trampoline: Coach Level Step 1
Age 18yrs+: Coach Level Step 1 able to run a session.
Age 15+: Welcome to join the course and assist until they are 18yrs
This will validate the candidate to assist with coaching beginners up to grade 3 of the Winstrada trampoline development programme, including pre-school classes and Rebound Therapy sessions. THIS IS THE FULL REBOUND THERAPY COURSE - EITHER IN HOUSE, OPEN OR ONLINE.
Prerequisite for this course: Non Required
Online Course Fee: £282 plus vat.Open Course Fee: From £282 plus vat.
In-House Course Fee: Mon- Fri £2813 plus vat.
Sat - Sun £198 plus vat per day added to In-House Fee.
(For In-House Course 1 Trampoline upto 12 candidates, 2+ Trampolines upto 16 Candidates.)
Step 2:
(Covers Winstrada grades 4 to 8, beginner recreational, special needs)
Trampoline:
Coach Level Step 2 (O18yrs)
Age 18+: Coach Level Step 2 Run a session on own.
Age 16+: Assistant Trampoline Coach Step 2.
This will validate the candidate to assist with coaching intermediates up to grade 8 of the Winstrada trampoline development programme. THIS IS THE REBOUND PLUS COURSE - EITHER IN HOUSE OR OPEN.
(Prerequisite for this course is the Assistant Trampoline Coach Part 1.
Open Course Fee: From £340 plus vat.
In-House Course Fee: Mon- Fri £2813 plus vat.
Sat - Sun £198 plus vat per day added to fee.
(For In-House Course 1 Trampoline upto 9 candidates, 2+ Trampolines upto 12 Candidates.)
Step 3:
(Covers grades 9 to 10, recreational)
Assist from:
(AuthoritySports Recreational Coach (Beyond Rebound))
Trampoline
Coach Level Step 3 (O18yrs)
Age 18+: Trampoline Coach Step 3 run a session.
Age 17+: Assistant Trampoline Coach Step 3.
This will validate the candidate to assist with coaching up to grade 10 of the Winstrada trampoline development programme.
THIS IS THE AUTHORITY SPORTS (BEYOND REBOUND) COURSE - EITHER IN HOUSE OR OPEN.(Prerequisites are the assistant trampoline coach parts 1 and 2.)
Open Course Fee: From £340 plus vat.
In-House Course Fee: Mon- Fri £2813 plus vat.
Sat - Sun £198 plus vat per day added to fee.
(For Closed Course 1 Trampoline upto 9 candidates, 2+ Trampolines upto 12 Candidates.)

Trampoline Advanced Levels:
Trampoline: Advanced Coach Levels (O18yrs)
Age 18+: Trampoline Advanced Coach A1, A2 or A3. This will validate the candidate to coach either A1, A2 or A3 of the Winstrada trampoline development programme, EITHER IN HOUSE (CLOSED) OR OPEN
(Prerequisite for this course AuthoritySports Recreational (Stage 3 or Beyond Rebound for A1)
(Prerequisite for A2 is A1)
(Prerequisite for A3 is A2)
Open Course Fee: £190 plus vat. (This is for a one-day course either A1, A2 or A3)
Closed Course Fee: Mon-Fri £1459 plus vat.
Sat-Sun £1640 plus vat.
(For Closed Course 1 Trampoline upto 09 candidates, 2+ Trampolines upto 12 Candidates.)
