Welcome to the Gymnastics Courses page, links to book courses are under each Step, dependent on the course we have up to three options,

Option 2:- Book onto an open course which are run throughout the UK
Option 3:- Book In-house course where out tutors come to your venue and the course is run for you, if you have spare spaces we can also advertise these via our website.
3 Step Pathway (The Future Available Now)
Run a Session
Gymnastics: Foundation Assistant Coach (U18yrs)
Foundation Coach Level (O18yrs)
Age 15+: Assistant Gymnastics Coach Foundation.
Age 18yrs+: Coach Level Foundation able to run a session.
This will validate the candidate to assist with coaching (or +18yrs coach unsupervised), beginners up to grade 1 - 6 of the Winstrada Gymnastics development programme. THIS IS THE FULL GYMNASTICS COURSE - EITHER IN HOUSE, OPEN.
Total 2 days (12 hours) + Online Reading
Virtual Course: £299 plus vat.
Open Course Fee: £311 plus vat.
Closed Course Fee: Mon- Fri £2699 plus vat.
Sat - Sun £2999 plus vat.

Gymnastics: Recreational Assistant Coach (U18yrs)
Recreational Coach Level (O18yrs)
Age 16+: Assistant Gymnastics Recreational Coach.
Age 18yrs+: Recreational Coach able to run a session.
This will validate the candidate to assist with coaching (or +18yrs coach unsupervised), beginners up to grade 7 - 10 of the Winstrada Gymnastics development programme. THIS IS THE FULL GYMNASTICS COURSE - EITHER IN HOUSE, OPEN.
Pre-requisites: Step 1
Total 2 days (14 hours) + Online Reading
Open Course Fee: £311 plus vat.
Closed Course Fee: Mon- Fri £2749 plus vat.
Sat - Sun £3049 plus vat.

Further Recreational Assistant Coach (U18yrs)
Further Recreational Coach Level (O18yrs)
This will validate the candidate to assist with coaching (or +18yrs coach unsupervised), beginners up to grade A1+A2 of the Winstrada Gymnastics development programme. THIS IS THE FULL GYMNASTICS COURSE - EITHER IN HOUSE, OPEN.
Pre-requisites: Step 2
Total 2 days (14 hours) + Online Reading
Open Course Fee: £305 plus vat.
Closed Course Fee: Mon- Fri £2749 plus vat. Sat - Sun £3049 plus vat.
(For Closed Course upto 15 Candidates.)
Age 18+: Fully qualified Gymnastics coach. If the Assistant Gymnastics coach Step 3 has been completed, and less than three years have passed since completing the Assistant Gymnastics Coach Part 1. the candidate will automatically be validated to run, unassisted,, classes up to grade 10 of the Winstrada Gymnastics development programme.
If three years or more have passed since completing Assistant Gymnastics Coach Step 1, 2 or 3, an online refresher course is taken and then new certificates will be issued.

Further Recreational A3 Coach Level (O18yrs)
This will validate the candidate to assist with coaching (or +18yrs coach unsupervised), beginners up to grade A3 of the Winstrada Gymnastics development programme. THIS IS THE FULL GYMNASTICS COURSE - EITHER IN HOUSE, OPEN.
Pre-requisites: Step 3
Total 1 days (7.5 hours) + Online Reading
Open Course Fee: £190 plus vat.
Closed Course Fee: Mon- Fri £1459 plus vat.
Sat - Sun £1640 plus vat.

Assistant Coach (U18yrs)
Coach Level (O18yrs)
Age 15+: Assistant Gymnastics Coach Part 1.
Age 18yrs+: Coach Level Part 1 (able to run a session).
This will validate the candidate to assist with coaching (or +18yrs coach unsupervised), beginners up to grade 3 of the Winstrada Gymnastics development programme. THIS IS THE FULL GYMNASTICS COURSE - EITHER IN HOUSE, OPEN.
