I hereby acknowledge this release from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in any physical activity online Pre-recorded or live. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in this program. I agree to disclose my physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect my ability to participate in this program. Parents / Guardians must sign for under 18's, and pre-recorded i agree an adult over 18 years will be present at all times during the sessions. Live sessions the parents or guardians must be within the house / location but must be in the room until the start and at the finish of the session.

I undertstand my data will be kept in line with GDPR regulations, this data must be kept until the participant is 21 years or if over 18 years 3 years from participation ends. If you wish to have our data updated etc that is not an issue but certain details will be required to be kept for legal compliance

Health & Safety, Qualified Coaches run all Virtual sessions, participants should follow skill progressions and should not do moves or skills without following the progressions and must not do moves that are not covered within the sessions, as some skills have been deemed too dangerous to do in a pre recorded session or live virtual session, as safety is paramount
